Start with the user’s task
Customer apps may focus on ordering or bookings; staff apps may focus on accepting jobs and updating status. Define each audience and its essential tasks so the first release has a clear scope.
Features and connected systems
Scope can include screens, accounts, notifications, bookings, orders and APIs. Maps, camera, location and payments require explicit workflows, appropriate permissions and the relevant provider accounts.
Mobile app or LINE LIFF
LINE LIFF can suit services accessed from LINE without a separate installation. iOS and Android apps can suit device capabilities and dedicated mobile experiences. Choose the platform after evaluating the actual workflow.
Estimating and publishing
User roles, screens, integrations and offline needs affect scope. Prepare developer accounts, privacy information and testers before store submission. Store review time must be allowed for in the launch plan.
Delivery process and handover
Agree on requirements and acceptance criteria, design screens, then develop and review in stages before launch. Source code, documentation, training and support are defined in the agreement. External service costs and timelines depend on the selected systems.
