Connect every participant
Delivery needs to support the customer placing an order, the merchant accepting it, the rider delivering it and the team resolving issues. Define order states, who can change them and cancellation handling before screen design.
Platform scope
Scope can include customer, merchant and rider apps, plus administration for areas, orders and stores. Maps, delivery fees, dispatch, notifications and payment integrations need business-specific rules.
Use BeeGo as a project reference
BeeGo Delivery is a project with role-specific apps and administration portals, illustrating food, goods, parcel and transport workflows. A new development engagement separately scopes the client’s features, branding and operating areas.
Cost factors and acceptance
App count, fee rules, dispatch methods and map providers affect cost. Test ordering through delivery, including merchant rejection, unaccepted jobs and connectivity loss. Plan recurring map and notification service costs as well.
Delivery process and handover
Agree on requirements and acceptance criteria, design screens, then develop and review in stages before launch. Source code, documentation, training and support are defined in the agreement. External service costs and timelines depend on the selected systems.
